On the grand occasion of the GOLDEN JUBILEE  of our Mission School at Jatni, it is with great pleasure that we present to you our Souvenir, marking fifty years of dedicated and fruitful service in the field of imparting quality education as a premier institution in our State of Orissa.

This forum has provided a unique opportunity to give God all the glory for the great things He has done! It is with a deep sense of gratitude that we pay a tribute to our beloved Founders, Late Rev. Sophia Mackertich and her son, Late Mr. James Aidinyantz who sacrificially gave of themselves and their resources to establish this institution. For 3 1/2 decades of their leadership they worked selflessly and contributed to the growth of this institution from humble beginnings to a great edifice of learning. We continue to run with the vision and cross many milestones on our journey to reach greater heights of excellence in the true spirit of service to the community. Every child must develop and be traine  to reach his/her fullest potential.

My congratulations and deep appreciation is expressed to our Headmistress, Staff and Students who have worked relentlessly to publish this issue. It has sparked off the latent creative urge in our young people to express themselves.

We place on record our sincere thanks to all our patrons and friends who have contributed by way of advertisements.

The Past: We fondly cherish the past fifty years of the glorious history of Mission School with joy and thanksgiving. However, it is not for us to rest on the laurels of past achievements  there is always room for further improvement and scope for learning.

The Present: We determine to serve with ever increasing faith in God, renewed zeal and deep commitment to the noble task of education for transformation.

The Future: Launching out towards the fulfillment of our goals and dreams, believing that the best is yet to be ! We can make a difference and bless generations to come.
